At DHARVALOOM, we create handmade rugs and home décor with care and attention to detail. As our products are handcrafted, each piece is unique. We always aim to deliver the right product in perfect condition.

Return Policy (7 Days)

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, but only in specific cases.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You receive a wrong product

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It should be in its original packaging
  • You must provide order details and clear photos/video of the issue

How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Slight color or texture variation (due to handmade nature)
  • Minor size differences
  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect

Important Note

Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, weave, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
